Product Introduction

This walk-through misting shower places a distributed nozzle array around an operator leaving a powder-handling suite. Fine treated-water droplets wet the outer garment surface with limited runoff, while a sloped floor collects the resulting liquid. Smooth stainless internal surfaces, coved corners and a sealed two-door route support cleaning between shifts.

Key Features

Overhead and side nozzles address the hood, torso, cuffs and lower-leg zones.

A controller sequences entry lock, misting, drip delay and exit release.

Pressure and water-supply monitoring can inhibit a cycle when utility conditions are unsuitable.

A non-slip floor pan directs liquid to a trapped drain connection.

Visible cycle indicators guide the operator through rotation and completion.

Customer Product Concerns

The chamber must wet loose residue consistently while keeping water use and carryover manageable.

Dry powder can become airborne during suit removal.Fine droplets bind loose residue to the outer garment before de-gowning.
Arms and boots receive less water than the front of the suit.Multi-level nozzles and an operator rotation prompt extend coverage around the wearer.
Residual water causes slips and delays the next user.A graded non-slip floor and drain-down pause remove runoff before door release.
Both doors are opened during a decontamination cycle.Electrical interlocking keeps the opposite doorway secured until the cycle ends.
