Cleanroom Lighting and Electrical Equipment
Motor Control Center
A floor-standing assembly that groups starters, protection, variable-speed drives and feeder controls for multiple cleanroom utility motors.
- Compartmentalized Motor Feeders
- Common Horizontal Bus
- Withdrawable or Fixed Units
- Networked Motor Monitoring
Product Introduction
The motor control center combines multiple vertical sections around a common bus and cable system. Each motor feeder can contain isolation, short-circuit protection, contactor or drive, overload relay and control terminals in a dedicated compartment. Door-mounted status devices and an industrial network make pump and fan conditions visible without opening the power sections.
Key Features
A common bus distributes incoming power across aligned vertical sections.
Separated wireways route field cables away from energized bus compartments.
Door-mounted status and local controls remain accessible with the section closed.
Networked protection devices expose current, trip and operating data to plant controls.
Customer Product Concerns
A facility with many motors needs centralized protection and visibility without turning one service event into a shutdown of the entire utility system.
Scattered starters make isolation and troubleshooting inconsistent.Standard feeder compartments centralize protection, control and labeling.
Field cables cross buswork and complicate safe maintenance.Dedicated vertical and horizontal wireways segregate cable routes.
One failed starter interrupts adjacent motor controls during repair.Compartmentalized fixed or withdrawable units isolate the affected feeder.
Operators lack early warning before a motor protection trip.Intelligent relays report load, thermal state and trip history over the control network.
