Product Introduction

Hygienic cleanroom vinyl sheet flooring uses a dense, non-directional homogeneous PVC body with a smooth factory treatment designed to release soils without a separate wax layer. Wide rolls are fully adhered, routed and hot welded to create a continuous floor field. At room boundaries the same sheet can be formed over a cove former and terminated at the wall system, removing the sharp internal corner found at a conventional skirting joint. The cleanroom formulation prioritizes low particle emission, low outgassing and resistance to common chemical and vapor-phase decontamination routines.

Key Features

The compact surface limits open texture where particles and process residue could collect.

Low-emission formulation is suited to controlled environments with strict airborne contamination management.

Hot-welded seams and coved perimeters create accessible transitions for validated cleaning procedures.

The surface is selected for resistance to common disinfectants and hydrogen-peroxide decontamination cycles.

Customer Product Concerns

Cleanroom sheet flooring must control emissions and particles while remaining compatible with intensive disinfection and sealed room detailing.

Embossed or porous flooring retains residues after routine decontamination.A dense, smooth homogeneous surface provides fewer micro-textured retention points.
The floor-to-wall corner is difficult to wipe and inspect.Site-formed coving carries the sheet smoothly up the perimeter before it meets the wall finish.
Sheet seams open after repeated trolley movement and wet cleaning.Correct routing and compatible hot-welding rod fuse adjacent edges into a closed joint.
Vaporized disinfection agents discolor or soften general-purpose vinyl. The cleanroom formulation and seam components are selected for the planned chemical and decontamination cycle.
