Product Introduction

The explosion vent mounts over a calculated relief opening on a vessel, collector or duct. A scored or domed membrane remains sealed under normal pressure and ruptures at its specified burst condition, providing a large low-inertia discharge area. The clamping frame, gasket and support arrangement are selected for pressure cycling, temperature and cleaning conditions.
