Product Introduction

The access system combines a contactless card or mobile-credential reader at the cleanroom entrance with a protected controller, lock output, door contact and request-to-exit input. The reader mounts through a smooth stainless faceplate and uses colored LEDs and a sounder to communicate access state. Network management records events and coordinates permissions without exposing controller wiring in the clean zone.

Key Features

Contactless credentials reduce touch points at the doorway.

A sealed flush reader face remains easy to wipe around the status window.

Door-position monitoring detects a door held open after authorized entry.

Controller inputs integrate request-to-exit, interlock and local alarm conditions.

Time-based permissions distinguish production, maintenance and visitor access.

Customer Product Concerns

Controlled access must protect the cleanroom boundary without slowing approved personnel or ignoring door and interlock conditions.

Mechanical keys cannot provide individual audit history.Electronic credentials record each accepted and rejected entry event.
Touch keypads add frequent-contact cleaning points.Contactless card or mobile reading completes normal entry without key presses.
An authorized door remains propped open after passage. The monitored door contact raises a held-open condition after the allowed time.
Access release conflicts with an active airlock interlock. The controller exchanges permissive and inhibit signals with the door logic.
