Product Introduction

The automatic swing door operator combines a geared motor, control board and spring-assisted drive inside a compact aluminum header. Opening angle, hold-open time and travel speed can be programmed for the door leaf, while sensor and access inputs coordinate touchless activation and controlled entry. The operator closes the door through a monitored motion profile and can be integrated with electric locking and interlock logic for cleanroom airlocks.

Key Features

A geared drive provides repeatable opening torque for sealed doors and pressure-loaded entrances.

Programmable speed and dwell settings adapt the cycle to personnel flow and contamination-control needs.

Dedicated inputs accept presence sensors, access readers, emergency release and door-position feedback.

Push-arm and pull-arm arrangements support inward- or outward-opening cleanroom layouts.

Customer Product Concerns

Automating a sealed swing door requires controlled torque, sensor coordination and reliable return to the closed position.

Users touch handles and contaminate gloves when moving between controlled rooms. The operator accepts touchless, card-reader or remote activation inputs.
A high-resistance seal causes inconsistent opening or incomplete closing.Programmable drive torque and closing profile are matched to the leaf and gasket load.
Two airlock doors must not open together during normal circulation. The controller exchanges lock and door-status signals with the interlock system.

Typical Applications

Hands-free cleanroom entrancesHospital isolation-room doorsInterlocked personnel airlocksAccessible laboratory doors
