Product Introduction

This UV-C pass box places protected lamps around a reflective stainless transfer chamber. When both doors are closed, a timed programme energises the lamps for the selected treatment period; independent door switches remove power before either door can open. A perforated shelf can improve exposure below smaller items, but shadowed, opaque or closely stacked surfaces still require suitable loading practice.

Key Features

Guarded lamp housings protect lamps from payload impact.

Hard-wired door switches de-energise lamps before access.

A run-time counter supports planned lamp maintenance.

A removable perforated shelf reduces shadowing beneath small loads.

Adjustable exposure timing accommodates compatible packaging materials.

Customer Product Concerns

UV-C treatment relies on direct exposure, suitable loading and electrical safeguards; it is not a universal surface-treatment claim.

Stacked or opaque items leave shadowed surfaces untreated.Reflective walls, a perforated shelf and loading guidance improve exposure of accessible surfaces.
A door opens while UV-C lamps are energised.Independent hard-wired cut-off switches remove lamp power before release.
A lamp still glows but its output has declined.A cumulative operating-hour counter supports a planned replacement interval.
Sensitive plastics or labels are affected by a long cycle.Exposure time is adjustable for compatible material and the intended process.
