Static-Dissipative Cleanroom Wall Panels combine conductive or dissipative epoxy-coated metal facings with an aluminum honeycomb core and electrically bonded perimeter profiles. The functional surface limits charge accumulation and allows it to move toward designated grounding points. Electrical continuity depends on coatings, metal joints, fasteners and earth connections working as one system. The non-shedding cellular core keeps panel weight low and supports a flat wall face, making this construction suitable for microelectronics, optics and other controlled areas where electrostatic charge can damage sensitive components.
