Product Introduction

The stainless steel tray rack organizes ten small process trays at a fixed workstation without the caster and push-handle hardware of a transport cart. Its Type 304 square-tube frame supports ten pairs of welded slide rails at even 90 mm spacing. Each cobalt-blue polypropylene tray has a molded front pull and a rear stop that remains engaged until the tray is deliberately lifted. Four threaded leveling feet compensate for floor variation while a top cross-frame prevents the tall narrow rack from racking sideways.

Key Features

Ten paired runner levels keep process trays separated and individually accessible.

Rear stops retain each tray during routine partial withdrawal.

A diagonal-free welded frame leaves both side faces open for wiping around the runners.

Threaded leveling feet stabilize the rack without introducing mobile-cart hardware.

Customer Product Concerns

Stationary tray storage must keep every level identifiable, prevent accidental full withdrawal and stand rigidly on an imperfect cleanroom floor.

Stacked trays hide lower batches and require repeated handling.Ten independently accessible runner levels expose every tray pull at the front.
A tray leaves its rails when pulled quickly by a gloved operator.A rear molded stop remains behind the stainless runner until the tray is lifted deliberately.
A narrow tall rack rocks on uneven resin flooring.Four threaded feet provide independent height correction and locknuts.
Closed side panels hide residue around the runner ends. The open square-tube frame leaves the paired slide rails visible from both sides.
