Product Introduction

Silica Rock Cleanroom Sandwich Panels place a pressed inorganic core made from silica-rich mineral material and magnesium-based binders between coated steel sheets. Unlike fibrous insulation, the hard core provides continuous support beneath the outer skins and resists local compression. Its relatively low water absorption makes the material useful in controlled areas with moderate humidity. Precision edge profiles close the mineral center and create straight modular joints. The result is a solid, wipeable partition or ceiling panel suited to cleanrooms that favor inorganic construction and firm surface support.

Key Features

A pressed silica-rich core provides continuous support beneath both external steel faces.

Hard mineral structure resists localized compression better than low-density foam or paper cells.

Low moisture uptake helps maintain panel dimensions in normal humid cleanroom service.

Enclosed edges prevent mineral dust from reaching the controlled room.

Machine-formed joints align quickly and leave a narrow hygienic sealant line.

Customer Product Concerns

Customers focus on mineral dust containment, core brittleness, panel mass and the protection of cut edges.

A brittle inorganic core can chip when a panel is cut carelessly on site.Factory sizing and finished cut-outs reduce uncontrolled edge damage.
Mineral dust must never enter a controlled environment through unfinished openings.Steel skins and sealed closure profiles isolate every exposed core surface.
Dense panels require more careful lifting than lightweight foam modules.Balanced lifting points and practical module lengths protect both workers and panel edges.
Surface impacts can crack an unsupported facing over a void. The continuous rigid core supports the skin across the full panel area.
