Silica Rock Cleanroom Sandwich Panels place a pressed inorganic core made from silica-rich mineral material and magnesium-based binders between coated steel sheets. Unlike fibrous insulation, the hard core provides continuous support beneath the outer skins and resists local compression. Its relatively low water absorption makes the material useful in controlled areas with moderate humidity. Precision edge profiles close the mineral center and create straight modular joints.
