Product Introduction

The restricted access barrier system surrounds an aseptic process with stainless posts, clear panels and monitored access doors while preserving integration with the filling conveyor. Unidirectional HEPA airflow protects the critical zone, and glove ports provide controlled intervention points. Modular wall, door and filter sections can be arranged around new or existing equipment, with transfer ports and door monitoring incorporated where required.

Key Features

Clear fixed barriers separate personnel from exposed product while retaining process visibility.

Top-mounted HEPA modules provide unidirectional airflow over the critical process path.

Interlocked doors and defined glove ports control and document manual intervention.

Modular posts and panels adapt to conveyor, filler and retrofit geometries.

Customer Product Concerns

Open filling lines expose critical product paths to operator movement and uncontrolled interventions even within a cleanroom.

Personnel movement can disturb first air and introduce contaminants.Clear barriers and fixed glove ports physically separate operators from the process path.
Uncontrolled door opening compromises the protected zone.Monitored interlocks restrict access and record defined interventions.
Existing machinery has irregular access and conveyor geometry.Modular frames, panels and pass-throughs are configured around the installed equipment.
Materials need controlled entry without opening large doors.Rapid transfer ports or dedicated small transfer interfaces support localized introduction.

Typical Applications
