Product Introduction

Pre-Saturated Cleanroom Wipes pair a compatible nonwoven substrate with a measured blend of isopropyl alcohol and deionized water or another approved cleaning chemistry. Factory saturation reduces manual mixing and limits the amount of open solvent brought to the work area. A center-pull canister or resealable pouch protects the remaining wipes and supports single-sheet dispensing at the point of use.

Customer Product Concerns

Manually wetting dry wipes can create inconsistent solvent loading, spills and excess vapor exposure. An opened dispenser must also keep the remaining wipes protected and suitably moist.

Operators may apply too much or too little solution to dry wipes.Use factory-metered saturation with defined solution loading per pack.

Open solvent bottles increase handling and spill risk.Select a closed center-pull canister or resealable pouch for point-of-use dispensing.

Poor seals can allow the pack to dry before all wipes are used.Match closure design and pack count to the expected consumption period.

An incompatible fabric may release fibers or soften in the selected chemistry.Verify substrate compatibility with the approved solvent or disinfectant blend.

Typical Applications

Suitable for workstation wipe-down, glove cleaning, tool preparation, removal of light process residue and routine application of IPA/water blends in semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical and medical-device facilities.
