Cleanroom HVAC and Air Handling Equipment
Packaged Hot-Water Heating Unit
A factory-arranged hydronic skid that transfers heat into a cleanroom heating loop and circulates it through air-handler coils at controlled temperature.
- Complete Hydronic Skid
- Plate-Exchanger Circuit Separation
- Integrated Pump and Expansion
- Visible Operating Instruments
Product Introduction
The unit groups a gasketed plate heat exchanger, in-line circulation pump, expansion vessel, control valves, gauges, manifolds and electrical cabinet on one rigid skid. Primary hot water or steam heats a separate secondary loop without mixing the fluids. The integrated pump maintains coil circulation while the control valve modulates heat input to a defined supply-water temperature.
Key Features
Plate channels physically separate the primary heat source from the cleanroom heating-water circuit.
A dedicated in-line pump maintains stable secondary flow as the primary control valve modulates.
Pressure, temperature and flow instruments are visible from the service side for rapid operating checks.
Customer Product Concerns
A secondary heating loop needs hydraulic separation, stable temperature and maintainable components within limited plant space.
Primary plant water chemistry is unsuitable for sensitive secondary equipment.A gasketed plate exchanger keeps the primary and cleanroom heating loops physically separate.
Field-installed components occupy excessive space and have inconsistent access. The complete pump, exchanger, vessel and valve arrangement is organized on one serviceable skid.
Changing primary temperature causes unstable coil supply water.A modulating valve regulates heat input while the secondary pump maintains constant circulation.
Expansion pressure and trapped air interrupt hydronic flow.An integrated expansion vessel, air vent and fill connection stabilize the closed secondary circuit.
