Product Introduction

This modular RABS platform focuses on adaptable enclosure construction rather than one fixed open or closed airflow arrangement. Standard stainless frame bays accept clear fixed panels, glove doors, service doors, return sections and equipment cut-outs. The layout can be configured as an open or more enclosed barrier according to the process and cleanroom. Replaceable modules make later changes possible without rebuilding the entire enclosure, while the final airflow and access strategy remain specific to the installation.

Key Features

Repeating frame bays adapt to different line lengths and equipment elevations.

Fixed glazing, glove panels and service doors can exchange positions within the grid.

Custom lower interfaces connect to irregular machine frames and conveyors.

Sectioned construction supports phased installation around existing equipment.

The platform can support open or closed airflow arrangements selected for the process.

Customer Product Concerns

Existing process lines rarely match a fixed barrier geometry, and intervention points may change as equipment is upgraded.

A one-piece barrier cannot enter the existing production room.Sectioned modules assemble around the installed equipment.
Glove ports do not align after a machine change.Interchangeable glove-panel bays can be relocated within the modular grid.
Irregular conveyor penetrations remain open.Custom lower skirts and flexible seals close each equipment interface.
Future expansion requires replacing the full enclosure.Additional frame bays extend the barrier while existing modules are retained.
