Industrial Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier
- Continuous Desiccant Rotation
- Separated Process and Reactivation Air
- Low-Temperature Moisture Removal
- Modular Service Sections
Product Introduction
The industrial desiccant rotor dehumidifier divides a high-surface-area desiccant wheel between process and reactivation sectors. The process fan sends humid air through the dry portion of the rotor, while a separate heated airflow drives captured moisture out of the rotating media and discharges it outdoors. Sealed sector plates, filters and controlled rotor speed maintain a stable moisture balance even when the room temperature is too low for efficient refrigerant condensation.
Key Features
Independent process and reactivation fans prevent the wet exhaust stream from re-entering the dry-air outlet.
Electric, steam or gas reactivation choices match available utilities and operating-cost priorities.
Separate access doors expose filters, rotor drive, seals and heater components without disturbing adjacent air-treatment sections.
Customer Product Concerns
Refrigeration alone loses dehumidification capacity at low temperature and cannot economically reach many process humidity targets.
Typical Applications
