Product Introduction

A full-height rear filter forms the working back wall of this clean bench. Filtered air travels in a horizontal path across the stainless worktop and leaves through the open front, giving small parts and low-profile assemblies a direct first-air path. The open ceiling improves access to microscopes and fixtures, while the deeper cabinet body houses the rear fan and plenum. Because airflow moves toward the operator, the bench is reserved for non-hazardous work where product cleanliness is the objective.

Key Features

The rear filter wall delivers first air directly across parts positioned near the back of the worktop.

An open upper work zone accommodates tall optical stands and assembly fixtures.

A rigid rear plenum keeps the filter face evenly supplied across its height.

Rounded worktop edges reduce turbulence at the front discharge boundary.

Front-access controls and a visible pressure indicator simplify daily checks.

Customer Product Concerns

Horizontal flow is effective only when equipment placement preserves the direct air path from the rear filter to the open front.

Large objects block clean air to items positioned in front of them. The deep worktop allows fixtures to be arranged in a single layer close to the rear filter.
A top-mounted filter interferes with tall optical equipment. The rear fan-filter arrangement leaves the upper work zone unobstructed.
Sharp front edges disturb the outgoing air sheet.A radiused stainless worktop lip supports a smoother discharge path.
Hazardous samples could be directed toward the user.Clear use labeling restricts the bench to non-hazardous product-protection tasks.
