Product Introduction

A stainless multistage pump raises treated water to high pressure and supplies a manifold of precision nozzles. Each orifice creates a fine mist that evaporates into the airstream, adding moisture while absorbing sensible heat. Filtration and reverse-osmosis pretreatment limit nozzle deposits, and staged nozzle banks or variable pump control match output to demand.

Key Features

High pressure forms small droplets with a high surface area for rapid adiabatic evaporation.

Stainless pump, tubing and manifold resist continuous purified-water service.

Anti-drip nozzles close positively when pressure falls and reduce post-cycle wetting.

Integrated filtration and treatment protect small orifices from scale and suspended particles.

Customer Product Concerns

High-pressure systems require fine atomization, clean water and controlled staging so droplets evaporate before reaching surfaces.

Nozzle deposits change spray pattern and create large droplets.Fine filtration and low-mineral treated water protect the precision orifices.
Nozzles drip after the pump stops.Spring-loaded anti-drip valves close each nozzle below operating pressure.
Short duct length does not allow full mist absorption.Nozzle placement, droplet size and staged capacity are matched to airflow and available distance.
A fixed-output pump causes repeated on-off cycling.Variable-speed pressure control or staged nozzle zones follow the actual humidity demand.
