Product Introduction

Water is distributed along the top of corrugated media cassettes and flows downward over a large structured surface. Unsaturated air passes through the wetted channels and evaporates part of the water, increasing humidity while reducing dry-bulb temperature. Excess water drains to a stainless sump for recirculation or single-pass discharge, and a downstream separator captures entrained droplets.

Key Features

Deep corrugated media provides a large evaporation surface without high-pressure pumps or steam generation.

A full-width distribution header wets each cassette evenly and minimizes dry bypass strips.

The stainless sump, pump and drain connections are exposed below the media for cleaning.

Individual cassettes slide out of the support frame for inspection or replacement.

Customer Product Concerns

Wetted-media systems need even water distribution, hygienic drainage and adequate face area to avoid dry zones or droplet carryover.

Uneven water distribution leaves dry media and unstable output.A balanced top header feeds each full-height cassette across the complete face.
Standing sump water accumulates solids and microbial growth.Smooth stainless surfaces, controlled bleed, periodic drain and accessible cleaning limit stagnation.
Excess face velocity carries water into downstream ductwork.Correct module area and a dedicated droplet separator retain entrained moisture.
Scaling blocks media channels and raises pressure drop.Water-quality control, bleed rate and removable cassettes support planned cleaning or replacement.
