Die-Cast Aluminum Raised Access Floor
- Monolithic Die-Cast Aluminum
- Non-Magnetic Construction
- Corrosion-Resistant Panel
- High Stiffness at Low Weight
Product Introduction
Die-cast aluminum raised access flooring uses a one-piece panel with an orthotropic underside rib pattern that directs material where bending stiffness is needed. The corrosion-resistant, non-magnetic carrier panel is accurately manufactured for repeatable alignment on a 600 mm pedestal grid. Its open ribbed underside leaves space for service distribution and reduces panel weight compared with a solid slab. The top can remain coated aluminum or accept cleanroom PVC and conductive finishes, while each module can be removed to reach the plenum below.
Key Features
Orthotropic ribs provide high load capacity with controlled deflection while limiting unnecessary panel mass.
Non-magnetic aluminum is suitable around processes and instruments that restrict ferrous floor construction.
Conductive powder coating or resilient cleanroom covering can be bonded to the accurately machined top surface.
Customer Product Concerns
Cleanroom access flooring must combine frequent panel removal with corrosion resistance, tight fit and low particle-generating movement.
Typical Applications
Technical Parameters
Typical values for a high-load die-cast aluminum raised-floor panel are listed below.
