Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Waste Bag is a flexible bin liner made from clean, high-clarity low-density polyethylene. A bottom gusset opens inside rectangular containers and distributes the load more evenly than a flat pouch. Smooth film, controlled conversion and clean double packaging reduce the risk of introducing loose fibers during transfer and routine waste removal.

Key Features

Virgin LDPE film provides flexibility and moisture resistance

Gusseted base expands to line square or rectangular receptacles

Smooth sealed edges avoid stitched seams and exposed fibers

Blue, clear and other controlled colors simplify waste-stream identification

Roll or flat-pack formats support different dispensing routines

Customer Product Concerns

Waste liners in controlled areas must fit the receptacle, resist puncture and close without releasing collected debris. Poorly sized bags can collapse into the bin, while rough handling can drag contaminated outer surfaces through a cleaner zone.

An undersized liner can pull away from the bin rim during use.Match the flat width, gusset and length to the receptacle dimensions.
Sharp disposable items may puncture thin film.Select a heavier gauge or use a rigid sharps container where appropriate.
Overfilled bags are difficult to close without compressing waste.Set a fill limit that leaves enough clean film for secure closure.
Ambiguous liner colors can cause disposal-stream errors.Assign documented liner colors to each approved waste category.

Typical Applications

For routine collection of used wipes, disposable garments, packaging film and other approved non-sharp waste in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, semiconductor, medical-device and precision manufacturing cleanrooms.
