Product Introduction
Cleanroom Tape replaces uncontrolled office tape in packaging, maintenance and in-process identification tasks. Its smooth polyethylene backing conforms to bags, bins and curved components while limiting fiber release. A pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive provides dependable temporary attachment and clean removal from qualified smooth substrates, and the plastic core avoids exposed paperboard at the center of the roll.

Customer Product Concerns
General-purpose tapes may introduce paper fibers, adhesive transfer or uncontrolled plasticizers. The selected cleanroom tape must also balance peel strength with removability on the actual surface and throughout the required dwell time.
Adhesive residue can remain on stainless steel, plastic bins or equipment panels.Qualify a low-adhesion acrylic grade on each substrate and removal interval.
A stiff backing may lift around corners and curved packaging.Use a conformable polyethylene film and apply without trapped tension.
Paper cores can shed particles during dispensing.Specify a clean plastic core and controlled double-bagged presentation.
Excessive stretching can distort color-coded boundary lines.Unwind at a steady rate and press the tape down progressively with light pressure.
