Product Introduction

The Cleanroom Spray Bottle combines a chemical-resistant translucent bottle with a hand-operated trigger pump. A threaded polypropylene closure secures the sprayer, while the polyethylene dip tube extends toward the lowest point of the container. The adjustable front nozzle supports a directed stream or atomized spray for controlled cleaning tasks.

Key Features

Trigger lever provides one-handed gloved operation

Adjustable nozzle changes between fine spray and focused stream

Translucent bottle permits visual monitoring of liquid level

Full-length dip tube minimizes unusable solution at the base

Smooth cylindrical body is easy to wipe before area transfer

Customer Product Concerns

Spray consistency depends on solution viscosity, nozzle condition and seal compatibility. Misidentified refills or a poorly cleaned trigger assembly can introduce chemical or particulate contamination.

The trigger may lose prime when the dip tube is loose or too short.Match the dip-tube length to the bottle and check its connection.
Dried residue can distort the spray pattern.Flush or replace the nozzle according to the cleaning procedure.
Incompatible solutions may swell seals or embrittle the pump.Confirm pump, seal and bottle compatibility with the intended liquid.
Unlabeled bottles create a risk of using the wrong chemistry.Apply approved cleanroom labels immediately after filling.

Typical Applications

For applying approved alcohol blends, detergents, disinfectants and high-purity water to wipes or controlled surfaces in cleanrooms, laboratories and equipment-preparation areas.

Technical Parameters

These ranges describe common 250-1000 mL cleanroom trigger-spray bottles. Final resin, output volume, nozzle pattern and packaging depend on the solution and cleaning protocol.
