Product Introduction

The cleanroom HEPA supply air terminal places the final filter at the boundary between the supply duct and the controlled room. A welded steel housing receives the filter against a continuous gasket or gel channel, preventing untreated plenum air from bypassing the media. The removable diffuser face can produce radial, low-turbulence or vertical discharge while leaving the filter accessible from below. Upstream aerosol and pressure ports allow integrity testing and resistance checks without disturbing the ceiling seal.

Key Features

The terminal filter seat applies uniform perimeter compression or gel engagement around the complete HEPA frame.

Room-side removal avoids opening the interstitial ceiling space during routine filter replacement.

Dedicated upstream sample and pressure ports support filter testing from the controlled side of the room.

A smooth powder-coated diffuser face tolerates repeated wipe-down and detaches without exposing fibrous lining.

Customer Product Concerns

A terminal HEPA outlet must prevent bypass, distribute filtered air predictably and allow filter service without damaging the clean ceiling boundary.

Unfiltered air leaks between the HEPA frame and the terminal housing.A continuous gasket or liquid-gel seal closes the full filter perimeter under even clamping pressure.
Filter testing requires drilling temporary ports through the housing.Factory-installed upstream aerosol and differential-pressure connections provide repeatable room-side access.
A diffuser pattern creates excessive velocity directly below the outlet.Interchangeable perforated, radial or low-turbulence faces match the discharge pattern to room duty.
Ceiling access is blocked by services above the terminal. The face panel, filter clamps and filter are all serviceable from the room side.
