Product Introduction
Cleanroom Double-Sided Tape creates concealed bonds without introducing exposed paper backing. A dimensionally stable clear film carrier is adhesive coated on both sides and protected by a red polypropylene liner until application. The removable acrylic grade supports temporary fixtures, signs, films and process aids while enabling clean separation from qualified smooth substrates.

Customer Product Concerns
Double-sided mounting materials can be difficult to position because the second adhesive face is hidden during assembly. Residue, liner fragments and uncontrolled bond strength may also complicate changeover in sensitive work areas.
Thin clear tape can be difficult to see during liner removal.Use a contrasting red polypropylene liner and controlled peel tab.
Misalignment may trap the adhesive before the fixture is positioned.Apply one face first, align the assembly, then remove the second liner progressively.
Excessive dwell can increase removal force on delicate surfaces.Qualify removable adhesive against the actual substrate and planned dwell time.
Rough or contaminated substrates can reduce effective contact area.Clean and dry compatible surfaces and use firm uniform application pressure.
