Product Introduction

This WFI distribution module combines a hygienic circulation pump, insulated supply and return headers, thermal-control exchanger and short point-of-use branches on one open skid. Continuous return flow and measured temperature support the selected hot-storage or periodic thermal-sanitization strategy while keeping serviceable components accessible.

Key Features

316L stainless product-contact tubing

Insulated supply and return headers

Hygienic centrifugal circulation pump

Drainable point-of-use branch geometry

Loop heat exchanger with isolated utility circuit

Temperature, pressure and conductivity monitoring

Automated steam or hot-water control interface

Local cabinet for pump and sanitization sequences

Customer Product Concerns

A WFI network must sustain circulation and controlled temperature without creating cool pockets, long branches or difficult-to-drain utility interfaces.

Return temperature falls at remote usersSize insulation, circulation flow and loop heat exchange from the full hydraulic and heat-loss profile.
Point-of-use branches cool during standbyUse compact continuously swept or recirculating branch arrangements with drainable hygienic valves close to the main header.
Thermal sanitization is unevenSequence pump speed and heat input from measured supply and return temperatures while verifying circulation through each defined path.
Utility leakage could contact WFISelect a leak-detectable double-tube-sheet exchanger or another isolated thermal interface suited to the operating strategy.
