Personnel and Material Decontamination Equipment
Walk-Through Cleanroom Air Shower Tunnel
An extended modular passage that exposes walking personnel to successive filtered-air jet zones, reducing queues at high-volume cleanroom entrances.
- Continuous Walking Route
- Sequential Cleaning Bays
- Scalable Tunnel Length
- Shift-Change Throughput
Product Introduction
The tunnel arranges a sequence of cleaning bays so operators continue walking while receiving repeated directional airflow. Each bay can contain its own blower, filter, nozzle wall and low-level return route, helping maintain coverage through the complete passage. Modular sections allow the cleaning distance to suit planned walking speed and entry volume.
Key Features
Dedicated fan-filter modules avoid a long common pressure path.
Low-level returns run continuously along the tunnel to remove released particles.
Panelised bay sections make it possible to extend the passage in stages.
One-way indicators can support orderly high-volume personnel flow.
Customer Product Concerns
A continuous system must give personnel sufficient exposure time without allowing cleaning airflow to decay at the far end of the route.
Fast walkers receive too little cleaning exposure.Tunnel length and active-zone count can be selected for the planned walking speed.
A central blower loses pressure over a long passage. Each bay uses a short dedicated pressure loop with its own fan and final filter.
Released dust travels toward the clean exit with continuous traffic.Distributed returns remove contamination within each cleaning bay.
A long enclosure is difficult to bring into an existing building.Panelised modules can be transported separately and joined at the installation location.
