Product Introduction

The compact cylindrical logger encloses its electronics and nonvolatile memory in a pressure-resistant 316L stainless body. A rigid low-mass temperature probe records process conditions without external cables, while a reader station programs the sampling sequence and retrieves stored measurements after the run. Interchangeable probe configurations adapt the same platform to chamber, load and penetration studies.

Key Features

Sealed stainless construction suits steam, water and thermal processes.

Internal memory preserves measurements through the complete validation cycle.

Rigid low-mass probe responds quickly at the selected measurement point.

Interchangeable sensor geometry supports different process loads.

Wireless readout avoids cable feed-throughs in closed equipment.

Multi-position reader dock accelerates setup and data collection.

Customer Product Concerns

Thermal validation inside sealed process equipment requires accurate time-temperature records from the load itself without compromising the chamber boundary or losing data under harsh conditions.

External thermocouple cables can interfere with a closed process chamber. The self-contained logger records internally without a cable feed-through.
A bulky sensor can influence the temperature of a small load. The slim stainless probe minimizes thermal mass at the measurement point.
Data must survive pressure, moisture and temperature exposure.Sealed electronics and nonvolatile memory protect the recorded cycle data.
Different loads require different probe reach and geometry.Interchangeable rigid and flexible sensor options adapt the logger to each study.
