Product Introduction

The surgical scrub sink provides two defined washing positions across a 1075 mm-wide deep trough. Each station has its own positive-action knee panel and plain-end laminar-flow gooseneck spout. A shared thermostatic mixing valve supplies controlled mixed water through two serviceable branch valves. The all-welded 16-gauge Type 304 enclosure uses a #4 satin exterior, bead-blast bowl and tall rear splash panel, with a lockable front fascia that opens to the knee linkages, branch plumbing and machined waste assembly.

Key Features

Two separate knee panels and spouts allow simultaneous scrubbing without sharing an activation point.

The deep bead-blast trough contains forearm washing and reduces visible glare inside the active bowl.

A thermostatic mixing assembly feeds independently serviceable positive-action branch valves.

The tall backsplash and all-welded front fascia form one robust wall-mounted fixture for extended scrub movements.

Customer Product Concerns

Pre-procedure scrubbing needs enough trough length for forearms, independent hands-free controls and accessible mixing/valve service without exposing plumbing to the room.

Two users sharing one water control interrupt one another's scrub sequence. Each position has a dedicated knee panel, positive-action valve and gooseneck spout.
Shallow basins let forearm wash water rebound over the front apron. The deep continuous trough and tall rear splash panel contain the extended washing movement.
Separate hot and cold controls force hand contact or inconsistent outlet temperature.A central thermostatic mixer supplies preset mixed water to both hands-free branch valves.
Concealed valve or drain failures require removal of the complete fixture. The lockable front fascia opens to the knee linkages, branch valves, mixer and machined waste.
