Product Introduction

The stainless steel workbench combines a folded and reinforced worktop with a continuously welded tubular base. Ground welds, closed tube ends and radiused exposed edges reduce crevices that can retain residue. The open underbench geometry leaves the floor and frame accessible for wiping, while adjustable feet compensate for small floor variations. Solid, perforated or marine-edge tops can be selected to suit dry assembly, liquid handling or vertical-airflow areas.

Key Features

A reinforced stainless top resists sagging under distributed instruments and production fixtures.

Continuous frame welds close tube intersections that would otherwise collect particles or wash residue.

Adjustable non-marking feet keep the surface level without exposing threaded crevices above the floor line.

Open-base construction permits unobstructed floor cleaning and accepts mobile underbench equipment.

Customer Product Concerns

A cleanroom work surface must remain stable under equipment while exposing every surrounding surface to routine cleaning.

Bolted frames loosen and create inaccessible joints below the worktop.A continuously welded tubular base removes routine fastener joints and keeps the load path rigid.
Open sheet edges and rough welds retain wiping fibres and process residue.Folded edges and polished welds provide smooth transitions around the entire bench.
Uneven floors make precision fixtures rock during use.Individually adjustable cleanroom feet level the bench at all four corners.
Fixed lower bracing obstructs floor sanitation and mobile equipment. An open or three-sided base preserves cleaning access and operator knee clearance.
