Product Introduction

This cleanroom ladder uses a welded stainless A-frame, four perforated access treads and a full standing platform for maintenance access without painted or shedding structural surfaces. A high tubular handrail provides an upper contact point, while wide tread pans and non-marking feet support stable positioning. Open geometry makes the frame accessible for wipe-down and visual inspection.

Key Features

Stainless tubular frame resists corrosion and avoids flaking coatings.

Perforated tread surfaces encourage airflow and shed loose debris.

Four broad treads provide progressive access to the top platform.

High U-shaped handrail supports entry, exit and platform stance.

Non-marking feet isolate metal legs from finished cleanroom floors.

Customer Product Concerns

Ordinary painted ladders can shed coatings, trap residue in joints and mark controlled-area floors, while narrow rungs and low handholds make repeated access uncomfortable.

Shedding surface finishesUnpainted stainless construction eliminates flaking paint from the frame.
Difficult tread cleaningPerforated pans expose both sides for inspection and wipe-down.
Unstable elevated accessThe A-frame footprint, rear braces and non-marking feet provide a stable base.
Limited hand supportThe extended U-shaped rail remains accessible above the platform.

Typical Applications

Filter replacement, equipment inspection, elevated cleaning, storage access and maintenance work in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical-device, electronics and laboratory clean areas.

Technical Parameters

The front climbing rails carry four evenly spaced perforated tread pans below a perforated standing platform. Rear support rails and cross-bracing stabilize the freestanding footprint. Frame grade, tread width, platform height, surface finish and foot material are selected for cleaning chemistry, operator footwear and access height. The final duty rating must be confirmed for the supplied configuration.
