Product Introduction

Sanitary Stainless Steel Piping forms the product-contact backbone of purified-water, WFI, clean-steam and hygienic process systems. Straight tubes and prefabricated spools use controlled dimensions, smooth internal surfaces and repeatable weld preparation so field joints can be aligned, purged and inspected without creating avoidable crevices or pockets.

Key Features

316L stainless product-contact construction

Controlled tube outside diameter and wall

Mechanical-polish or electropolish options

Square-cut orbital-weld preparation

Prefabricated branch and return spools

Drain-slope and support coordination

Hygienic clamp termination options

Heat and surface traceability options

Customer Product Concerns

Reliable sanitary piping requires more than smooth tube: slope, weld penetration, support spacing, internal finish and branch geometry all influence drainage and cleanability.

Field joints become misaligned or internally steppedUse matched tube tolerances, square-cut ends and controlled orbital-weld fit-up.
Low points retain water after shutdownCoordinate spool geometry, supports and installed slope around defined drains.
Rough surfaces trap residues and accelerate rouge buildupSelect and verify an internal finish appropriate to the utility and cleaning regime.
Excess field welding extends shutdown workPrefabricate surveyed spool sections with planned weld and clamp breakpoints.
