Product Introduction

The de-dusting booth is intended for powder processes where water is impractical. Directional air from adjustable nozzles loosens residue from the garment while an extraction face pulls contaminated air away from the operator. Pre-separation reduces the loading on the final filter, and dirty-side maintenance access separates captured material from the exit route.

Key Features

A cross-flow layout moves released dust from cleaning nozzles directly to extraction.

Negative chamber bias reduces outward leakage at doors and service panels.

A prefilter or separator removes high-mass dust before the final stage.

Dirty-side doors support contained filter and collection maintenance.

A timed extraction purge continues after the cleaning jets stop.

Customer Product Concerns

Dry cleaning must capture dislodged particles immediately instead of redistributing them into the changing area.

Air jets release dust that remains around the operator.A full-height extraction face establishes one directional path from nozzle wall to collection system.
Heavy powder quickly blocks a fine final filter.A coarse pre-stage removes the largest fraction before final filtration.
Changing filters exposes clean-side staff.Service access is located on the designated dirty side of the booth.
Dust exits with the operator as soon as the jets stop. The clean-side door remains locked through a post-clean extraction purge.
