Product Introduction

This workstation is configured around a specific instrument, assembly fixture or inspection step rather than a fixed clean-bench format. Fan-filter modules can be mounted above or behind the process, and clear panels or partial curtains are added only where they help control room drafts. The open frame leaves the process accessible for material loading and maintenance. Its purpose is localized non-hazardous product protection within an already managed indoor environment.

Key Features

The frame and filter position can be matched to the actual process footprint.

Open sides allow conveyors, fixtures and service access to pass through the station.

Partial panels control the most disruptive room-air directions without fully enclosing the operator.

Utility rails accept task lights, outlets and lightweight process accessories.

Independent controls allow the local airflow to operate with the process schedule.

Customer Product Concerns

A standard bench can be the wrong shape for an installed process, while full-room upgrades may be unnecessary for one critical operation.

The process fixture cannot fit inside a conventional cabinet. An open modular frame is built around the installed equipment envelope.
Only one operation needs cleaner air than the surrounding room.Targeted fan-filter coverage concentrates clean air over that process step.
A rigid enclosure blocks maintenance access.Removable panels and open sides preserve service routes.
Air from a nearby door disrupts the local zone.A partial clear panel or curtain is placed on the identified draft side.
