Product Introduction

The integrated HEPA clean air supply module receives conditioned air through a top or side duct collar and distributes it across a sealed final filter through an internal equalization plenum. A balancing damper can be adjusted from the cleanroom side, while separate upstream pressure and aerosol ports support routine checks without opening the ceiling void. The module includes the filter seat, retaining hardware and removable perforated or radial diffuser, so the complete air terminal can be installed as one coordinated ceiling component rather than assembled from unrelated parts on site.
