Product Introduction

HPL Cleanroom Wall Liner Panels use a homogeneous compact laminate sheet carried on concealed aluminum support profiles. The liner sits in front of masonry, concrete or framed construction and converts the substrate into a smooth controlled-environment finish. Interlocking vertical profiles hold each sheet without exposed front fasteners, while the recessed base detail can meet a sheet-vinyl or resin floor with minimal ledges. Because the sheet itself is dense and self-supporting, the system does not depend on a foam or mineral insulation core.

Key Features

Dense thermoset laminate resists everyday impact and abrasion in busy internal areas.

Mechanical attachment avoids wet bonding over the entire existing wall surface.

Concealed vertical profiles keep screws and clips away from the cleanable face.

Compact HPL can be machined for sockets, controls and service penetrations before fitting.

Individual sheets remain accessible for localized replacement after surface damage.

Customer Product Concerns

Wall-lining buyers focus on substrate irregularity, edge moisture, visible fasteners and repair access in occupied facilities.

Uneven masonry produces visible waves when thin decorative sheets are bonded directly to it.Adjustable vertical supports establish a straight plane before the compact laminate is attached.
Open HPL edges can absorb moisture or collect residue near floors and service holes.Recessed base profiles, closed cut-out trims and continuous joint sealant protect exposed edges.
Surface screws create cleaning obstructions across a newly lined wall.Interlocking rear profiles retain the sheets while leaving the room face free of visible mechanical fixings.
A damaged section of permanently bonded cladding is difficult to remove neatly.Modular support profiles allow one liner sheet to be released without stripping the complete elevation.
