Product Introduction

The High-Seal Stainless Steel Pass Box provides a robust material-transfer enclosure where door sealing and cleanable construction are both important. Its welded stainless chamber, coved corners and compression-gasket door leaves form a smooth internal envelope, while a monitored interlock keeps the two sides from opening together. Latch adjustment and gasket replacement can be specified to support routine maintenance over the service life of the unit.

Key Features

Continuous chamber welds avoid open internal panel seams.

Multi-point latching distributes compression around each door gasket.

Door-position indication shows the state of each transfer side before release.

Formed internal radii make wiping the chamber surfaces more direct.

External service access can be arranged for latch and interlock adjustment.

Customer Product Concerns

Transfers across sensitive room boundaries require dependable closure surfaces as well as a door sequence that prevents a direct opening.

Standard doors can apply uneven pressure to a perimeter gasket.Multi-point latches are arranged to compress the gasket around the door frame.
Open seams and sharp internal corners complicate wipe-down work.A continuously welded chamber with coved corners presents smooth stainless surfaces.
Operators may not know whether the opposite door is secure.Door-status monitoring keeps the release sequence visible at the pass box.
Sealing components need routine attention as the installation ages.Replaceable gasket profiles and accessible latch adjustment support planned maintenance.
