Product Introduction

This dry heat sterilizer is intended for glassware, metal tools, components, and other heat-tolerant loads. The insulated chamber, recirculation path, high-temperature filters, and programmable controller support batch sterilization or depyrogenation workflows. Chamber size, door arrangement, loading rack, temperature range, and cooling system are selected for the process.

Key Features

304 or 316L stainless-steel chamber

Forced recirculation with high-temperature fans

High-temperature HEPA filtration option

Multiple chamber temperature sensors

Programmable heat-up, exposure, and cooling stages

Door-temperature safety interlock

Single- or double-door configuration

Validation-probe access port and cycle records

Customer Product Concerns

Dry-heat processing requires stable temperature distribution throughout the load and careful control during cooling. Poor airflow, excessive loading, filter degradation, or premature door opening can compromise repeatability and particle control.

How is temperature uniformity managed?Engineered recirculation, distributed sensors, controlled ramp rates, and load-specific mapping establish the operating recipe.
How are particles controlled during cooling?Filtered recirculation continues through critical phases, with compatible high-temperature filters selected for the process.
Can doors open while the chamber is hot?Safety logic prevents release until the chamber meets the configured temperature and cycle-status conditions.
Can process data be retained? The controller records temperature channels, phase times, alarms, and completion status for export or network integration.

Technical Parameters

Electric heaters and high-temperature circulation fans drive filtered air through a stainless chamber. Multiple temperature sensors regulate ramp, exposure, and cooling stages. Single- or double-door versions can maintain controlled airflow and pressure relationships between loading and unloading areas.
