Product Introduction

The compact medium-efficiency air filter uses one or more deep mini-pleat media blocks secured inside a short rigid cell with a full perimeter header. Unlike a long flexible pocket filter, the supported pack retains a fixed outline and requires little downstream clearance. Hot-melt separators regulate pleat spacing, while the sealed frame and optional compression gasket create a defined interface with existing filter tracks. This construction is intended for air-handling units that need ePM1 filtration but have insufficient depth for a 292 mm V-bank or 600 mm pocket configuration.

Key Features

A short cell depth fits retrofit cabinets and fan-coil sections with restricted service space.

Deep mini-pleat blocks retain useful media area without projecting into the downstream plenum.

A continuous header offers a stable sealing surface in front-access and side-access tracks.

Rigid pack support eliminates pocket movement near coils, dampers and access doors.

Customer Product Concerns

Restricted cabinet depth often prevents an efficiency upgrade unless the media area is packaged into a rigid compact format.

Existing equipment has no clearance for long filter pockets.A fixed short-depth cell keeps the complete filter inside the original track envelope.
A shallow ordinary panel cannot provide enough fine-media area.Deep mini-pleats concentrate substantially more media within the same face dimensions.
Loose retrofit filters leak because their headers do not match the old rack.Selectable header profiles and gaskets create a positive compression interface with the existing frame.
Downstream components contact and abrade unsupported filter bags. The fully enclosed rigid pack maintains clearance from coils, dampers and cabinet hardware.
