Product Introduction

This reusable tote provides a lightweight alternative to metal boxes for routine cleanroom transfer and storage. The injection-molded body combines a reinforced upper rim, radiused interior and molded external ribs without separate fasteners. A shallow fitted lid closes the open top for covered staging, and recessed hand grips remain inside the tote footprint so adjacent units can be packed closely.

Key Features

Industrial polymer will not rust, dent like thin sheet metal or shed paint.

Ribbed sidewalls stiffen the body without inserting loose structural parts.

Standardized rectangular proportions support efficient shelf and cart loading.

Recessed end grips allow lifting without projecting hardware.

Closed totes can stack; compatible empty bodies can nest when the lid is removed.

Customer Product Concerns

Corrugated boxes release fibers, metal bins add unnecessary weight, and projecting handles waste space on densely loaded carts.

Fiber contamination from disposable packagingThe reusable molded body replaces corrugated material inside controlled areas.
Container deformation under stackingReinforced rim, base and ribs distribute compression around the shell.
Poor space utilizationA standardized rectangular footprint and recessed grips support close packing.
Electrostatic risk for sensitive partsA compatible static-dissipative polymer formulation can be specified.

Typical Applications

Closed-loop movement of cleaned parts, device components, consumable packs, small tooling and work-in-process kits in electronics, medical-device, pharmaceutical packaging and laboratory clean areas.

Technical Parameters

Wall taper, rib layout and rim section are molded as one structure to balance stiffness, nesting clearance and material use. Polymer grade may be natural, color-coded or static-dissipative according to the contamination and electrostatic-control plan. The fitted lid provides routine particulate protection but is not a pressure seal or liquid-tight closure unless a dedicated gasketed version is selected.
