Product Introduction

The slide-channel closer mounts to the cleanroom door or header and transfers motion through a compact guide rail. Hydraulic valves meter the main closing sweep and final latch zone so the leaf returns consistently without slamming against perimeter seals. Its shallow geometry reduces overhead projection, while adjustable spring force allows the closer to be matched to door width, seal compression and expected air-pressure load.

Key Features

A guided slide arm preserves clearance around narrow corridors and overhead equipment.

Independent hydraulic adjustments tune the closing sweep and final latching segment.

Selectable spring power accommodates different leaf masses and perimeter-gasket resistance.

A sealed aluminum body protects the rack, pinion and hydraulic fluid from routine wipe-down exposure.

Customer Product Concerns

Cleanroom doors need enough final force to compress seals, but uncontrolled closing can damage hardware and disturb nearby operations.

A heavy sealed door may stop before the latch or magnetic contact reaches its final position. The latching-speed valve and spring power are adjusted for the final seal-compression zone.
A projecting articulated arm conflicts with a shallow header or nearby ceiling services. The slide rail keeps the transmission arm close to the door plane.
Pressure differences make closing speed inconsistent between rooms.Hydraulic sweep control moderates the movement across the closing arc.
