Product Introduction

The cleanroom control cabinet integrates automation hardware in an enclosure designed for frequent wiping and limited particle retention. A sloped or flat smooth roof, concealed or external hygienic hinges and compressed door gasket protect the interior. Power devices, PLC modules, network switches and terminals are arranged in separated wiring zones, while a flush touchscreen and color status stack may be added without open cutouts.

Key Features

The smooth stainless shell avoids external cooling slots on the cleanroom face.

Separated wire ducts keep control signals away from higher-current power conductors.

A flush sealed touchscreen provides recipe and alarm access through the closed door.

DIN-rail hardware and labeled terminals support controlled component replacement.

An internal thermal design uses conductive cooling or a sealed exchanger when heat loads require it.

Customer Product Concerns

Automation cabinets generate heat and require service access, but open fans and cluttered wiring are unsuitable inside a controlled room.

Filter fans draw room particles through the control enclosure.A closed cabinet uses passive dissipation or a sealed heat-management option.
Power and signal cables share ducts and introduce electrical noise.Physical segregation and dedicated gland zones preserve wiring separation.
Operators open the cabinet only to acknowledge routine alarms.A flush HMI exposes normal controls while the door remains sealed.
Unlabeled terminal wiring extends troubleshooting time.Numbered ducts, terminals and device tags map each field connection.
