Cleanroom Lighting and Electrical Equipment
Cleanroom Cable Tray
A smooth cable-support system with rounded edges and cleanable covers for segregated routing above or within controlled spaces.
- Smooth Rounded Tray Profile
- Removable Cleanable Covers
- Power and Signal Segregation
- Matched Bends and Tees
Product Introduction
Cleanroom cable tray uses a solid-bottom or limited-slot metal channel rather than an open industrial ladder inside exposed controlled areas. Snap-on or tool-retained covers shield cables from fallout and present a smooth upper face. Factory bends, tees, reducers and dividers maintain consistent edge radii and route segregation across changes in direction.
Key Features
Continuous covers prevent loose cables from becoming a horizontal dust shelf.
Internal dividers separate power, data and instrumentation routes.
Matched fittings preserve cable bend radius at corners and branches.
Suspension brackets position the tray with access for cleaning around it.
Customer Product Concerns
Exposed cables and conventional perforated trays create irregular surfaces that are difficult to wipe and easy to overfill.
Loose cable bundles collect dust and obstruct ceiling cleaning.A covered tray contains the route behind a continuous smooth surface.
Sharp cut edges abrade insulation during cable pulling.Rolled rims and factory fittings maintain smooth contact surfaces.
Power and sensor cables share one congested channel.Removable metal dividers preserve planned segregation.
Site-made corner cuts leave gaps and exposed fasteners.Matched bends, tees and reducers complete each directional change.
