Product Introduction

The clean-in-place system stores rinse water and detergent solutions in dedicated stainless tanks, heats the selected medium through a plate heat exchanger and circulates it through connected process equipment without disassembly. Return temperature, conductivity and flow signals support phase changeover and repeatable recovery or drain decisions.

Key Features

Three segregated stainless tanks

Sanitary centrifugal circulation pump

Plate heat exchanger heating

Automated valve manifold

Temperature and conductivity monitoring

Recipe-based sequencing

Detergent recovery routing

Integrated HMI control

Customer Product Concerns

Effective CIP depends on sufficient turbulence, correct detergent concentration, controlled temperature, complete surface wetting and reliable phase separation.

Low return velocity leaves product residueSize the circulation pump and return path for turbulent cleaning flow at the connected equipment.
Detergent strength varies between cyclesUse conductivity feedback and controlled water or concentrate make-up.
Cleaning phases mix and waste utilitiesApply return conductivity and temperature logic to route each phase to recovery or drain.
Cold solution cleans slowlyHeat the circulating medium through a sanitary plate heat exchanger with regulated utility flow.

Typical Applications

Bioreactor and vessel cleaningHygienic process pipingFilling and transfer equipmentPlate heat exchangersFood and beverage process lines
