Product Introduction

The Automatic Boot Washing and Disinfection Station first uses rotating brushes to remove visible soil from the sole and lower boot surfaces. A separate metered stage can apply a facility-selected compatible hygiene solution by spray or controlled shallow contact, according to the operating procedure. Brush modules, a debris screen and the stainless basin remain accessible for routine cleaning and solution replacement; the final solution choice and use conditions are configured for the intended environment.

Key Features

Rotating sole brushes and side brushes provide mechanical washing of boot contact areas.

A configurable spray or shallow-contact stage can apply a compatible hygiene solution.

Metered feed can be linked to the occupied walk-through cycle.

A removable debris screen protects the liquid zone from larger material.

The drainable stainless basin and brush cassettes support routine wash-down access.

Customer Product Concerns

Boot hygiene may require both mechanical soil removal and a defined solution-application step, with the details set by the facility's own procedure.

A solution-only mat is quickly fouled by visible soil on boots.Rotating brushes remove loose residue before the configured solution stage.
Manual application varies in coverage and replenishment practice.A metered spray or shallow-contact module can be set up for the selected operating procedure.
Debris enters the liquid zone and obstructs service components.A removable debris screen captures larger material before routine cleaning.
Deep liquid coverage is unsuitable for some footwear and entry routes. The unit can use targeted spray or a shallow contact zone limited to the required boot area.
