Product Introduction
Aluminum Honeycomb Cleanroom Panels use thin aluminum foil formed into hexagonal cells and bonded between metal skins. Thousands of cell walls support the facings, giving the panel high bending stiffness without the mass of a dense mineral core. The all-metal cellular center does not release fibres and is well suited to smooth wall modules and accessible ceilings. Four-sided aluminum framing closes the core and provides accurate connections for tongues, trims and suspension hardware. Local reinforcement can be built in where lights or service equipment impose concentrated loads.
