Product Introduction

This system includes both the fixed Alpha part and the movable Beta transfer component. Each half has its own door, lock and seal. When docked, the two door faces couple and open as one assembly, creating a closed route between the container and the barrier chamber. The Beta side may be a reusable stainless canister, polymer container or single-use bag, allowing the same Alpha port to serve tools, components, waste or other suitable transfer loads.

Key Features

Matched Alpha and Beta components form one interlocked double-door assembly.

Reusable canisters support heavier tools and organized internal racks.

Single-use Beta bags simplify lightweight component or waste transfer.

The coupled door faces remain isolated from the clean transfer path.

A transport trolley can support large containers during docking.

Customer Product Concerns

The movable Beta half must match the fixed port, carry the actual load and remain supported during docking and undocking.

Heavy components overload a flexible transfer bag.A rigid stainless Beta container and internal rack support the load.
Disposable items make reusable canister cleaning inefficient.A compatible single-use Beta bag provides a separate lightweight option.
Large containers pull down on the barrier port.A height-adjustable trolley carries the Beta container during docking.
Mixed Alpha and Beta interfaces do not lock correctly.Matched dimensions, door geometry and seals are selected as one transfer set.
