Product Introduction

The AHU control panel combines a local controller, motor interfaces, analog inputs and protective circuits around the air-handler sequence. Supply-air temperature and humidity loops coordinate cooling, heating and humidification, while fan speed responds to duct pressure or airflow demand. Differential-pressure inputs indicate filter loading and airflow proof contacts confirm safe operation before conditioning stages are enabled. Freeze, smoke, high-temperature and fan-failure interlocks move the unit to predefined safe states.

Key Features

Coordinated heating, cooling and humidity loops reduce opposing control actions.

VFD speed control maintains supply static pressure as terminal airflow demand changes.

Filter differential pressure and fan proof signals provide early maintenance indicators.

Hardwired and programmed interlocks protect coils, heaters and downstream cleanroom zones.

Customer Product Concerns

Cleanroom air handlers must maintain stable supply conditions while responding safely to changing airflow demand and equipment faults.

Cooling and reheat operate against each other and waste energy.Sequenced control assigns clear priority and deadbands between conditioning stages.
A loaded filter reduces room airflow before maintenance notices.Dedicated differential-pressure trends and alarm thresholds reveal increasing filter resistance.
Fan speed changes cause unstable supply-duct pressure.A tuned pressure loop modulates the VFD within defined minimum and maximum limits.
A freeze or smoke input leaves dampers and coils in an unsafe state.Interlock logic commands fans, dampers and valves to a predetermined protective sequence.
