Product Introduction

The washable synthetic pre-filter uses a springy bonded polyester or resin-cured synthetic fiber pad held between protective screens in a rigid aluminum frame. The open, three-dimensional fiber matrix captures coarse airborne debris while recovering its thickness after normal washing and drying. Removable retainers allow damaged media to be replaced without discarding the frame. This construction suits accessible air-handling equipment where scheduled cleaning is practical and the operator wants to reduce disposable panel consumption.
