Product Introduction

The ultra-low dew point dehumidifier integrates deep precooling, a high-performance desiccant wheel, reactivation heating, purge heat recovery and aftercooling in one modular casing. The purge sector captures heat and moisture profiles that would otherwise limit the wheel at very low outlet humidity. A dedicated dew-point transmitter and modulating controls stabilize dry-air delivery for battery materials and other hygroscopic processes with large recirculation rates.

Key Features

A high-capacity ceramic-composite rotor is selected for moisture pickup at extremely low vapor pressure.

A purge sector recovers useful heat within the wheel and reduces the reactivation energy required per kilogram of water removed.

Precooling lowers the incoming moisture load before the rotor, while aftercooling delivers air at the required room supply temperature.

PLC sequencing coordinates fans, chilled-water valves, reactivation output, rotor speed and dew-point alarms as one system.
